Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We are a small independent business that makes our products by hand in small batches. 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we will only accept a refund if the product is returned UNOPENED in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Our products have a tamper evident seal and a refund will not be given if this seal has been broken.
